You are kindly requested to read the following important notes before making an international purchase:

We are unable to ship bonsai outside Japan.

EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping fees will be charged in addition to the product price.

The final shipping cost will be determined after the item is securely packed.

Payment, including the EMS fee, can be made either by international bank transfer (fees borne by the customer) or by credit card.


📦 About Customs Duties and Taxes

When ordering from outside Japan, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee that you pay to us.


The recipient of the package is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

We are unable to estimate these charges, as they vary by country, item type, and order value.
